A selection of projects I’ve led, built, or helped bring to life.

AI Prompt Repository

Proposed, led, and launched a pilot internal AI prompt repository for a customer success and customer solutions team. Scoped the project, coordinated 10 colleagues, and adapted the repository to fit organizational needs in the midst of change. The beta version of the repository launched and was instrumental in increasing the visibility and utility of AI prompting for internal efficiency and workflow management.

User Experience Knowledge Management

Led the planning, creation, and implementation of a knowledge base of user experience artifacts, including a research repository and a complementary communications strategy.

Led a team to transform a webinar series into a media-enriched publication.

Reproducibili-Tea

Planned, developed, coordinated, and hosted a weekly series through February 2021 streamed on Twitch. Explored topics, issues, and ideas in open science. Co-hosted with Dr. Sheila Saia. Discussion notes and resources available on GitHub. Videos are also collected in a YouTube playlist.

Tally Tracker Explorer

Sponsored and facilitated a virtual creative residency to develop a VR experience designed for post-pandemic display in a 360° physical environment.
